Terms of Service

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of AutoMapped (the "Service"), provided by AutoMapped ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you").

2. Your account and workspace

• You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for keeping login details secure.
• The workspace owner controls billing, data export and deletion.
• You must give accurate business information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans, trials and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and in the app.
• Free trials end on the date shown in the app. Paid features pause if no plan is chosen.
• Usage beyond your plan's included allowance (for example SMS, AI credits or receptionist minutes) is only billed if you enable overage for that item.
• Managed services are scoped in a proposal and billed separately once you approve it.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.

4. Messaging and consent

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and the required consent to contact your customers by email, SMS or phone, and for complying with applicable laws (for example TCPA, CAN-SPAM and their equivalents). The Service records consent and opt-outs and blocks messages it knows are not permitted, but it cannot verify consent you collected elsewhere.

5. AI features

AI-generated summaries, drafts and suggestions are labelled in the product and may be inaccurate. Review them before relying on them. The AI receptionist only states information you have approved in its settings and hands off to a person when it cannot help.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to send spam, to harass anyone, to break the law, to process data you have no right to process, or to attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the Service.

7. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time. When you delete your workspace it is closed immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days.

8. Third-party services

Some features rely on providers you connect (for example email, SMS, calendar and payment providers). Their terms and fees apply to your use of them.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a workspace for non-payment, abuse, or a risk to the Service or other customers, and will tell you why when we can. You may close your workspace at any time from Settings.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Counsel to complete jurisdiction-specific limitation, indemnity and governing-law clauses.]
