Every inquiry gets a reply. Every proposal gets a follow-up.

AutoMapped tracks each prospective client from first inquiry to signed engagement, and reminds you — or follows up for you — when a proposal or renewal needs attention.

Set up for accountants, bookkeepers, consultants, financial advisors and insurance agencies.

Where leads slip

Sound familiar?

The usual gaps between an inquiry and a client — and what AutoMapped does about each one.

  • Inquiries arrive while you're with clients, and some wait days for a reply.

Every new inquiry gets an instant acknowledgement and a callback task for your team. Follow-ups continue until they reply or book a consultation.

  • Proposals go out, then go quiet.

Proposal follow-up checks in after two days and reminds you to call if there's still no answer — and stops the moment they respond.

  • Renewals and annual reviews rely on someone remembering.

Services like tax preparation and annual reviews carry a yearly reminder, so returning clients hear from you on time.

  • Nobody can see where every prospect stands.

One client pipeline shows who's new, who has a consultation booked and which proposals are waiting — with the next step for each.

What you get

Everything between “new inquiry” and “come back soon.”

  • Speed-to-lead follow-up

New inquiries get an instant acknowledgement, your team gets an alert and a callback task, and follow-ups continue until the client replies or books.

  • Proposal follow-up

If a proposal gets no answer, AutoMapped sends a friendly check-in and then reminds you to call. It stops as soon as they reply or decide.

  • Repeat-service reminders

Recurring services come with a reminder interval, so clients hear from you when the next visit is due — not when someone happens to remember.

  • AI receptionist

Answers calls when you can't, using only the services and policies you approve. It can book consultations, take a message, or hand off to a person.

  • Daily briefing

One list of what needs you today — missed calls, unanswered inquiries, unconfirmed bookings, promises coming due — each linked to the record behind it.

  • Free website assessment

How it works

FAQ

Questions from professional services firms

Is client information kept confidential?
Each firm's data is isolated in its own workspace. Our staff only access a workspace to help when you ask, and every support session is recorded in your audit log. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Can we use it for more than one service line?
Yes. Add your services — tax preparation, bookkeeping, planning, insurance reviews — and AutoMapped tracks them on one client pipeline, with reminder intervals you can adjust.
Will it send messages without us knowing?
No. You choose which automations to switch on during setup, and only an owner or admin can change that later. Every message respects consent, quiet hours and opt-outs.
Does AutoMapped use our terminology?
Yes. When you choose “Professional services” during setup, AutoMapped talks about clients, consultations, proposals and engagements, and your pipeline starts with stages such as New inquiry, Qualified, Consultation booked, Proposal sent. You can tailor it from there.
Do I need to set up integrations first?
No. The CRM, journey map, daily briefing and website assessment work on day one. Connect email, SMS, calendar and phone when you're ready — until then, anything that would send is clearly marked as a preview.

Give every lead a next step.
