Respond to every potential client — promptly and privately.

AutoMapped tracks each inquiry from first contact to retained, follows up on consultations and fee estimates, and keeps automated messages generic so no case details go out by text or email.

Set up for solo attorneys, small firms and growing legal practices.

Where leads slip

Sound familiar?

The usual gaps between an inquiry and a client — and what AutoMapped does about each one.

  • People looking for a lawyer often contact more than one firm.

Each inquiry gets an immediate, generic acknowledgement and a callback task, so you're in touch while they're still deciding.

  • You can't answer the phone from court or a client meeting.

Missed calls get a short text-back that says only that you'll call back. The AI receptionist can take a message or offer a consultation time using only what you approve.

  • Intake details live in voicemail, email and sticky notes.

Calls, forms and messages land on one intake pipeline, from new inquiry to consultation, fee estimate and retained.

  • Fee estimates go unanswered.

A follow-up checks in after two days — worded so it never refers to the matter — then reminds you to call.

Customer journey map

Your intake pipeline, ready on day one.

Stages are named the way you work, and every client on the map has a clear next step. Stages move when the evidence says so — a booked consultation, an accepted fee estimate — and every move is explained.

  1. 1

    New inquiry

Next step: Acknowledge right away, then call back

  2. 2

    Intake reviewed

    Next step: Book the consultation

  3. 3

    Consultation booked

    Next step: Confirm the consultation

  4. 4

    Fee estimate sent

Next step: Check in if there's no reply in two days

  5. 5

    Retained

Next step: Schedule the matter and ask for feedback after

  6. 6

    Active client

Next step: Ask for honest feedback and a review

Repeat-service reminders included in the template

  • Estate planning · every 3 years

Defaults you can change for your business.

Follow-up automations

Follow-ups worded for law firms.

Ready-made sequences that use your terms. Nothing goes live until you switch it on, and every sequence stops when the person replies, books or opts out.

  • Consent and opt-outs tracked per channel
  • Quiet hours and daily caps enforced before sending
  • Every step logged, so you can see what was sent

Privacy-conscious by default

Privacy is built into the legal template. Automated texts and emails never mention the area of law or any case details, and the consultation form reminds people that submitting it doesn't create an attorney-client relationship.

  • New lead: acknowledge & follow up

Confirms you received the request — nothing about the matter — and asks people not to send confidential details by email.

    Text message
Hi Sam, thanks for contacting [Your business]! We received your request and will be in touch shortly. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Missed call recovery

Texts callers you couldn't answer to say you'll call back shortly, and creates a callback task.

    Text message
Sorry we missed your call. This is [Your business] — we'll call you back shortly. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Consultation confirmation

Confirms booked consultations, with an easy way to reschedule.

  • Fee estimate follow-up: 2 days, 2 weeks, 2 months

Checks in on open fee estimates with deliberately generic wording, then prompts a call.

How it works

FAQ

Questions from law firms

Will automated messages reveal why someone contacted us?
No. The legal template's messages only say that you received the request and will be in touch. The area of law and anything the person wrote stay inside your workspace.
Does AutoMapped handle conflict checks or legal advertising rules?
No. AutoMapped manages inquiries and follow-up. You remain responsible for conflict checks, engagement terms and your jurisdiction's rules on client communication and advertising.
What can the AI receptionist say to callers?
Only what you approve in its settings — your practice areas, hours and how consultations work. It doesn't give legal advice, and it hands off to a person or takes a message when it should.
Does AutoMapped use our terminology?
Yes. When you choose “Legal” during setup, AutoMapped talks about clients, consultations, fee estimates and matters, and your pipeline starts with stages such as New inquiry, Intake reviewed, Consultation booked, Fee estimate sent. You can tailor it from there.
Do I need to set up integrations first?
No. The CRM, journey map, daily briefing and website assessment work on day one. Connect email, SMS, calendar and phone when you're ready — until then, anything that would send is clearly marked as a preview.
