Where leads slip

Sound familiar?

The usual gaps between an inquiry and a client — and what AutoMapped does about each one.

  • Inquiries arrive at all hours and go to whoever replies first.

Every inquiry gets an instant acknowledgement and a callback task, so you're in the conversation while they're still looking.

  • Showings get missed or double-booked.

Booked showings get a confirmation with an easy way to reschedule.

  • Long timelines mean leads go cold.

The pipeline shows every buyer and seller by stage — showing booked, under negotiation, closed — with the next step for each.

  • Past clients forget who helped them.

Past-client and referral stages, plus a yearly home-valuation reminder, keep you in touch after closing.

Customer journey map

Your buyer & seller pipeline, ready on day one.

Stages are named the way you work, and every client on the map has a clear next step. Stages move when the evidence says so — a booked showing, an accepted proposal — and every move is explained.

  1. 1

    New inquiry

Next step: Acknowledge right away, then call back

  2. 2

    Showing booked

    Next step: Confirm the showing

  3. 3

    Offer or listing proposal sent

Next step: Check in if there's no reply in two days

  4. 4

    Under negotiation

Next step: Answer questions and agree next steps

  5. 5

    Closed

Next step: Schedule the transaction and ask for feedback after

  6. 6

    Referral or repeat opportunity

Next step: Remind them when the next visit is due

What you get

Everything between “new inquiry” and “come back soon.”

  • Speed-to-lead follow-up

  • Showing confirmations

Every booked showing gets a confirmation with an easy way to reschedule.

  • Repeat-service reminders

Recurring services come with a reminder interval, so clients hear from you when the next visit is due — not when someone happens to remember.

How it works

FAQ

Questions from real estate agents and teams

Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Invite team members, assign contacts and see everyone's pipeline in one place. Plans include different numbers of team members.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Import past clients and open leads, and AutoMapped matches new inquiries to existing contacts by email or phone, flagging likely duplicates for review.
Does it work with listing portals?
AutoMapped captures inquiries from your own website forms, calls and messages. Leads from other sources can be added to the same pipeline.
Does AutoMapped use our terminology?
Yes. When you choose “Real estate” during setup, AutoMapped talks about clients, showings, proposals and transactions, and your pipeline starts with stages such as New inquiry, Showing booked, Offer or listing proposal sent, Under negotiation. You can tailor it from there.
Do I need to set up integrations first?
No. The CRM, journey map, daily briefing and website assessment work on day one. Connect email, SMS, calendar and phone when you're ready — until then, anything that would send is clearly marked as a preview.
